To Make More Money....$$$
Attracting new clients. A significant expense...but necessary.
A reminder: It is more expensive to attract new customers than retain existing ones.
Unfortunately, if a customer is unhappy with you and / or your business, it is MUCH more likely they will talk about a negative experience than a positive one.
The accessibility of social media makes this increasingly easy for people to "vent" without reaching out to the business owner first to see if the situation can be resolved.
Now, instead of telling ten people how dissatisfied they are, they are now reaching....how many people.....? Dozens, hundreds, thousands?
So do what it reasonably takes to keep your existing customers happy. And if they are willing to recommend your business to others, even better!
Is there a way in which you can encourage customers to bring new customers in to experience your establishment?
Something which they tangibly receive a “reward” for doing so?
What makes sense for your business?
Marketing, sales, and advertising cost money.
Make sure you are tracking, and collecting data on the different methods you use, so you can make an informed decision on what is actually working to bring in new customers.
Accurate date can be a powerful tool when used and implemented properly!
